• Conceptualize and produce high-impact short-form videos for diverse platforms (Streaming TV, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) that tell compelling stories of nonprofits and schools.
• Identify and extract the core narrative from complex situations, transforming them into concise, engaging video content.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance video production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Integrate compelling narratives and clear calls to action.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of very cost-effective, high-quality videos.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in creating impactful short-form videos for nonprofits or educational institutions.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for identifying compelling narratives.
• Proficiency in video editing software and AI video generation.
• Strong understanding of streaming TV advertising, social media video best practices and platform-specific requirements.
• A passion for leveraging technology, including AI, to streamline video creation and reduce costs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to create emotionally resonant and impactful short-form videos.
