PEPR is an organizational effectiveness firm dedicated to strengthening high-impact organizations — with a particular focus on the farmed animal advocacy movement. We partner with nonprofits, advocacy organizations, social enterprises, movement leaders, and funders to build the strategic clarity, internal capacity, financial resilience, and organizational foundations they need to grow, adapt, and deliver lasting change. We believe that stronger organizations create a stronger movement, and more impact for animals.

Our work sits across three areas: Enable — embedded fractional teams running core operations; Engage — compliant, values-aligned global hiring and EOR infrastructure; and Elevate — advisory engagements, short-term projects, and the Animal Advocacy Ops Collective community. Across all three, our goal is the same: to unlock impact.
