ioi strategic design fuses development with design to better tackle social and governance problems. It is focused on designing social impact starting with education and is working on accelerating education innovation and reform to match the highly disruptive, tech-centered, and fast evolving global economy. Its goal is to create education programs that prepare students for the 21st century and the main focus is on education of refugees to give them an edge because they are most at risk of becoming a lost generation.

ioi strategic design brings a holistic and human-centric approach to project development in order to understand what the needs, aspirations, and shortcomings of the people being targeted are and from that designs specific development projects accordingly so that they are more effective on the ground. It then identifies and co-creates potential partners and stakeholders and links them together in innovative ways to create implementation networks that harness the power of collective action for maximum efficiency and impact.
