Weave works on behalf of its clients to facilitate New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) transactions and plays an integral role in the transaction process through opportunity assessment, structuring, due diligence, and closing. Additionally, Weave provides additional consulting and management services in affordable housing finance and impact investing.

Since its founding in 2012 Weave has facilitated over $280 million in investment through partnerships with impact investors, government related entities, non-profit organizations, and the private sector.
