Pueblo Planning

Pueblo Planning, a social justice enterprise, amplifies community voices to enact social change through participatory ethnographic art and planning. We provide ethnographic art, research, policy and planning, community engagement, workshops and speaking, and design services to grassroots, nonprofit, tribal communities, and public agencies.

Our work is rooted in a simple principle: The voices of community members should be respected as experts, and they should dictate the present and future of their community.

We meet people where they are and use art-making and storytelling to understand and share their experiences and visions for their communities. We intentionally center the lived experiences of QTBIPOC individuals (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous and People of Color) and other communities who have been marginalized. Everything we do is rooted in relationships, repair, reciprocity, and respect.
