Onward! Consulting

Onward Consulting is a team of former non-profit executives and senior staff with extensive experience in non-profit management, strategy, fundraising, talent acquisition and organizational development. It maintains industry experience in education including charter schools, out-of-school time, and community and youth development. Onward was founded by three former executive directors to help not-for-profit organizations seize opportunities, solve problems and manage change. All partners in the practice were transformative non-profit leaders who helped create many of DC’s finest out-of-school time and education organizations.

Onward combines some of the best aspects of a big strategy firm with the personal touch of a hands-on independent consultant. Clients work with an executive-level engagement manager, get the combined expertise of a team, and receive hands-on individualized attention. In addition to its consulting operations, Onward captures the knowledge and best practices learned on the job and shares with the wider community to help all non-profits advance in their services to humanity.
