Lyons-Newman Consulting is a Bay Area nonprofit consulting firm, founded in 2011, providing strategic planning, board development, and facilitation services to support nonprofit organizations to accelerate their impact and achieve their goals. Honoring the goals of each organization through our client-centered approach, we create customized and collaborative strategies to help organizations tackle complex problems, navigate transitions, develop strategic plans, form new partnerships, deepen constituent engagement, and create meaningful change.
