Founded in 1994, LPC is a woman-owned program evaluation research firm that provides customized, responsive analytical services and technical support to public agencies, non-profit organizations, and private foundations. The staff of full-time professionals have decades of experience evaluating public health and social service programs. Our evaluation work covers a wide variety of programs, including community health and well-being, criminal justice, mental health, violence prevention, alcohol and other drug use prevention, social justice, and education, as well as providing technical assistance and training. LPC believes that it is important to include clients during every stage of the process and is committed to conducting high quality research while remaining flexible to meet the needs of complex and developing programs. We are a hands-on evaluation firm that is passionate about building data capacity for our clients and being progressive in sharing data findings in innovative and inclusive visual formats. The LPC team uses a collaborative structure, understanding that each staff person has their own expertise and that collectively we have a wealth of knowledge and ability.
