Cindy is deeply involved in the Central Oregon HR community serving as Past President of the region's largest human resources association, Central OR SHRM, and nominated as Central Oregon SHRM's HR Professional of the Year in 2024. Cindy also holds a key leadership role within the Central Oregon Employer's Council.
