Founded in 2021, our firm brings together proven consultants with experience helping nonprofits and public agencies thrive and grow. We use our collective experience to bring resources — material, people, creative, and otherwise — to social good efforts we believe in. Our services include fundraising, planning and leadership, board development, financial and grant management, communications, and operations. We aim for trust, joy, and high standards in every aspect of our work.

Since our founding in 2021, we have submitted hundreds of proposals to public and private funders, and secured more than $250 million for over 70 clients. We’ve won some of the most technical and competitive grants, supported successful and ambitious capital campaigns, and built and streamlined tools for organizational and fundraising effectiveness. What excites us most is our clients’ work: their innovation, creativity, and collaboration in building a world that works better for more people.

We support agencies, school districts, institutions, and organizations with a wide range of proven nonprofit development and management strategies. Our team brings a deep understanding of education (from early childhood through higher education), social services, and reentry and criminal justice reform, and extensive familiarity with the Bay Area nonprofit and philanthropic landscape.
