Keecha Harris and Associates, Inc.

Founded in 1999, Keecha Harris and Associates, Inc (KHA), is a Black woman-owned consulting firm with the majority of staff identifying as Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC). KHA provides project management, organizational development, and social science research services across sectors. It has worked with multibillion dollar foundations with a reach across the sector of over $300 billion of the $1 trillion in U.S. philanthropic assets. Foundation clients have included the William and Flora Hewlett, W.K. Kellogg, and Schmidt Family foundations. In addition to the private sector, KHA has been a prime contractor with the United States Agency for International Development and subcontracted to the Departments of Health and Human Services and Agriculture as well as the State of Michigan Budget Office. KHA is certified as an 8(a) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
