Oxley Consulting, LLC has two divisions. The first provides capital partners, political intelligence and government marketing strategies to enterprising emerging growth firms and trade associations. We deliver quantifiable results for clients seeking to enhance their bottom line and/or their exposure with legislators. We leverage our extensive network of Federal officials, business executives, and investors in order to capitalize on the unique business opportunities that present themselves in Washington, DC, both governmental and commercial.

The second division provides interim Chief Operating Officer and/or Executive Vice President services. We help non-profits with strategy, organizational management, board development, fundraising and marketing. Our staff has extensive experience both as a consultant and as a long term employee of trade associations, chambers of commerce and not-for-profit charitable entities.
