Beth Grupp Associates (BGA) is a nationally recognized fundraising and capacity building firm working on the most cutting-edge social justice issues of our time. We are a small, boutique firm based in Washington, D.C. and now working virtually. We are passionate about gender equality, racial justice, the environment, workers’ rights, democracy, election fairness, among many other issues. We are a fast-paced team, often working at the speed of a given news cycle, and we find joy in providing best-in-class expertise to the most high-impact organizations in the progressive movement.

At the heart of our work is a passion for supporting progressive leaders and progressive organizations. We are also passionate about mentoring and growing the next generation of movement leaders so we intentionally coach and grow our internal staff at every stage of their career development. As a small team, almost every team member works with almost every client so the opportunities to learn and grow are bountiful and intentionally built in to our team structure.
