Pivot is a start-up waste-to-energy company that converts human waste into solid fuel for cement plants and other industries. We are the operating arm of Waste Enterprisers Holding, which is headquartered in the U.S.A. We sell plants to cities and use revenue from the sale of fuel to offset the running costs of our factories. Through this unique financial model, our mission is to provide the lowest cost sewage treatment option for cities, thus making waste treatment affordable and enabling the public health and environmental benefits of sanitation.

We recently commissioned a Pivot Works plant in Kigali, Rwanda and are developing a pipeline of opportunities across Africa and India. We foster a hands-on, action-oriented work environment; we take pride in risk-taking, experimentation and creativity; we expect hard work, honesty and integrity; we strive for ambitious, high-impact results.
