The Choice, Inc. is partnering with our client to find an immediate and direct hire, Member Success Manager. The client, located in Arlington, VA is an association that supports and advocates for members of our National Defense forces as well as their families.
The Manager of Member Success supports the Membership program’s day-to-day operations, including customer service, database administration, membership marketing, and events. The Manager will work closely with the Director, Membership to execute the program’s strategic vision for member retention, engagement, and recruitment. They will also assist in the preparation of the program’s budget and may recommend or develop new programming or services and their cost, content, and scope. Additionally, the Manager provides supervision and guidance for the Member Success Coordinator(s).

This posistion is full-time, and will start out 5 days in the office, but after time in position can be hybrid out of AFA’s headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, subject to modification based on the needs of each program or site.
