    POSITION SUMMARY

    Full time through June 2026, with continuation to be determined

    Reports to: Becca Nadolne, Associate Director, Digital Marketing and Content Strategy

    Prizmah is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented coordinator to support the successful execution of our marketing and communications efforts. This role is integral to ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently across departments, timelines are met, and deliverables exceed expectations. The manager will work closely with members of the marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants, to manage timelines, track progress, and streamline communication. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder, with a proven ability for keeping projects organized and on track.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Project Management, Communications + Organization

    • Maintain and update the marketing and communications calendar and project manage related needs
    • Create and edit marketing copy for Prizmah communications
    • Curate content for weekly Prizmah emails and marketing-related content to share with Jewish day school marketing professionals
    • Help collect, update, and maintain order of organizational systems including Monday.com, Box, SmugMug, Prizmah website
    • Manage and update the weekly Marcom meeting agenda
    • Support the collection of key data analytics to measure the success of our marketing strategy
    • Work with program leads to collect and organize testimonial statements and photos from programs and school visits
    • Track press coverage of activities, events, and media related to Jewish day schools and Prizmah

    Website

    • Help maintain the Prizmah website and make sure all information is up to date, including creating new web pages when needed
    • Help maintain the Prizmah database
    • Create events in our CRM and event pages on our website for new programing
    • Submit and project manage tickets with our partners at BackOffice Thinking around any issues that may arise related to our website or programs
    • Create designed emails on an as-needed basis
    • Help maintain the Prizmah website and make sure all information is up to date, including creating new web pages when needed
    • Help maintain the Prizmah database
    • Create events in our CRM and event pages on our website for new programing
    • Submit and project manage tickets with our partners at BackOffice Thinking around any issues that may arise related to our website or programs
    • Create designed emails on an as-needed basis

    Gatherings

    • Manage back-end registration processes for online and in-person programs and gatherings, including customer service support for colleagues
    • Create and update registration dashboards, reports, and database list pulls for the Prizmah team to help inform data-based decision making
    • Collaborate with colleagues across Prizmah’s program teams to ensure that web content accurately reflects the programs that they are designing and that registration forms and processes collect the information required for successful program execution

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Must Have:

    • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time with high attention to detail
    • Strong project management, organization, and time management skill sets
    • Strong communication skills and writing experience
    • Demonstrated ability to learn website and database functionality

    Nice to Have:

    • Knowledge of Drupal (website), CiviCRM (database), Mosaico (email), Slack, and monday.com, and Cvent
    • Understanding of branding and design or willingness to learn
    • Knowledge of the Jewish community and the Jewish day school landscape
    • Video editing skills
    • Social media experience
    • SEO and paid advertising experience

    • Competitive salary in the non-profit field, based on an annual salary in the range of $60,000 - $65,000. Prizmah’s salary ranges are based on education, experience, and skill set required for each role. If your salary expectations are different and/or you have more experience than required, let’s talk.
