The Client Engagement Administrator (CEA) sits within a Managing Director’s dedicated team while also serving as a member of NPAG’s Operations Team. In this dual capacity, the CEA supports client work and engagements through project management, scheduling, client communications, and the development and delivery of client materials.

The CEA will join Managing Director, Ellen LaPointe’s team and report directly to her. The CEA will support the team’s engagements through project management, firm-wide scheduling, and the development and delivery of client materials such as contracts and proposals. The role also provides technical and administrative facilitation support to the operations team and other teams as needed.
The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, able to multi-task and prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic environment, take pride in providing the highest quality of client and team support, be able to act nimbly and productively to meet shifting priorities and tight timelines and be an active member of an amazing team of people who are passionate about the work we do. Additionally, they will have the ability to quickly gain a strong working knowledge of service offerings, team capabilities, and business development acumen to support the NPAG enterprise.
This is a full-time W-2 position. Candidates must be able to work effectively from home/remotely. Candidates should be willing to provide support outside of their standard business hours from time to time. However, our organization values a strong work/life balance and allows individuals to craft a work schedule that matches their needs within the guidelines of being able to effectively support team, candidate, and client schedules and deliverables.
The salary for this position will be $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include an annual bonus at the discretion of the firm, a generous health reimbursement plan (ICHRA), monthly tech stipend, office set-up stipend, 401K plan with employer matching, and profit sharing at the discretion of the firm.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In support of their homeroom and the operations team, the CEA will:
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the team lead’sportfolio of work and the search process
- Serve as an active member of client engagements, supporting leads and teams on position descriptions, client deliverables and documents, survey creation and management, and other deliverables tied to project milestones
- Coordinate complex, high-volume interview schedules and other critical client meetings in line with established project plans
- Provide facilitative support to the team lead during key client meetings, including virtual logistics and troubleshooting
- Handle sensitive client, candidate, and internal team communications with discretion
- Serve as the point person for client and internal scheduling, tech edits, and the finalization of client materials
- Manage expense reports, expense coding, and supporting receipts
- Manage the team lead’s calendar, client scheduling, and conference registrations
- Support the development of business development proposals
- Take on other duties as assigned

- Fluency and savvy with web-basedtechnologies and apps such as the Microsoft365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams), SharePoint, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Doodle, as well as other project/work management tools such as CRM software or other database experience is preferred.
