The Development Associate is a key member of the Development team. The position supports all aspects of the Development department by managing the database, maintaining data integrity, leading the coordination of TAF’s annual fundraising event, coordinating the volunteer program and ensuring compliance with the best practices in donor and volunteer management.
The idea candidate is a self-motivated, analytic, and organized team player with excellent time management skills; comfortable representing the organization to volunteers and external partners; and adept at collaborating intra and interdepartmentally to achieve positional and organizational goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities include but are not exclusive to database management (accurately entering, acknowledging, and reporting on all gifts, pledges, and goals from donors), providing donor research and ensuring the integrity of the financial system.
