🌱 What You’ll Do

• Client Care & Scheduling – Serve as a steady, compassionate point of contact for clients. Coordinate sessions across practitioners with professionalism and warmth.
• Program & Event Coordination – Support workshops, group classes, and events. Manage logistics and communicate with care.
• Administrative Operations – Keep the center running smoothly. Manage internal systems (GoHighLevel, Practice Better, Excel, Canva), support client intake, and uphold a calming, organized atmosphere.
• Content & Communication – Help prepare email newsletters, flyers, and social content aligned with our brand and mission.
• Creative Contribution – Offer thoughtful ideas to improve systems, enhance client experience, and elevate our community care.

• You’ve worked in administration, executive assistance, practice management, healthcare administration, nonprofits, education, or hospitality leadership
• You are emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and love creating structure and flow
• You enjoy working behind the scenes to support meaningful work in the world
• You are tech-comfortable and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
