We're seeking a collaborative and organized individual to help with customer support and administrative tasks as our business is growing.

Responsibilities & Expectations
Bilingual Customer Support
You love to help people out and make sure that they understand how to use the product. You will work to make sure that each customer interaction via chat + email is friendly, knowledgeable and takes into account the users specific needs. No canned responses here! While every problem may not get solved in the span of your working day, you understand that touching base with users to assure they’ve been heard and we are supporting them equals great customer service. You also have clear written and spoken proficiency in both English and Spanish, as many of our clients are Spanish-speaking.

Administrative Support
You delight in learning and supporting your team. You will work with our Head of Support to learn all the ins and outs of the application, as well as our administrative processes so that you can provide support internally and externally. This varies with the needs of the day…sometimes this is importing new users, sometimes this is fixing the data for a client, sometimes this is adding a new FAQ or creating a quick training video, or sometimes this is just a little calendar maintenance for our CEO.

Time Management
You geek out on efficiencies and ensure that all issues and tasks are handled in a timely manner.

You are eager to learn more about the apprenticeship world and all the ins-and-outs of the WorkHands platform. You ask questions and aren’t afraid to ask for help.

Small businesses thrive when all its teams move in symbiosis. You understand the importance of communicating with your team members and being open to feedback.

Health Reimbursement
WorkHands offers employees the benefit of a QSEHRA, which stands for Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement. It is designed to reimburse employees for eligible health insurance premiums and medical expenses tax-free. As WorkHands has employees across the country, this allows you to purchase your own health insurance plan that best fits your health needs and WorkHands will reimburse you up to $537/mo (2026 benefit level).
If you receive coverage under a spouse, you can still utilize the benefit for supplementary coverage (eye, dental) or for itemized health costs (copays, glasses, dental work, etc) with receipts.
401(k)
WorkHands provides full-time employees with a 3% non-elective contribution.
Flexible Time Off
We understand you have a life outside of WorkHands. So, we offer unlimited paid time-off when you need it. This benefit is designed so you feel that you can take a day, take a vacation, be sick, whatever and it is entirely supported by WorkHands.
We also have company “slow down time” at the end of December. This means all team members cover only a few hours a day if needed, as we would love for you to have time off to recharge!
The flip side of this policy is that you need to manage your work as expected and communicate with your team. Handling your core responsibilities comes first and allows this unlimited PTO policy to work.
