This is a full-time on-site Bookkeeper role located at our office near Reading, PA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities include using accounting software, processing journal entries, royalty reporting, and supporting overall financial operations and reporting. The role requires attention to detail and precision in maintaining financial accuracy, and potentially other tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries (Accounting), and managing Financial Statements
- Strong capability in using Accounting Software and finance-related tools, Quickbooks, Excel
- Strong understanding of Finance principles and financial management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or an accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork
