Willow Creek Farm Preserve

Willow Creek Farm Preserve (WCFP) is a restorative health organic 135-acre farm and Benefit LLC located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. WCFP's mission is to connect people and nature to strengthen the well-being of the community through u-pick fruit, farm-based educational tours and field trips, and our Seed to Share Garden™ which donates 100% of the vegetable harvest to partner agencies of Philabundance from our one-acre raised bed accessible garden.

Our vision is "a healthy community for all" and we strive to accomplish this vision through our restorative health farm model's three primary values: equality, partnership and empowerment. Through a foundation of equality, we value the inherent uniqueness and contributions of all by embracing and celebrating our differences. We develop strong, purpose-driven social connections between our partner individuals, families and organizations. And we challenge people to think and act differently about health and the natural world through education and experiential learning.
