At Avalon Hospice, we are committed to clinical excellence and integrity, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of hospice care and comfort from each of our agency locations. To maintain this commitment, we hire only the most experienced and capable hospice and home health care professionals. Our clinical team members are experts in pain and symptom management, and our support team members are skilled in the specific issues of emotional support, spiritual counseling, and resource referral.

We see each individual as more than a patient. Our skilled professionals and volunteers design an all-encompassing program, customized to each patient that addresses not only the physical needs but also the emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Counseling and education about disease management and the dying process are provided to the family unit in conjunction with patient care.
