CNS Hospice

Hospice is widely considered to be the model of quality, compassionate care for people facing a life-limiting illness or injury. CNS Hospice is a Metro-Detroit community-based practice with a similar purpose: helping individuals and their families plan and prepare for the concluding passages of life.

Our team of professionals and volunteers are equipped to meet that purpose and believe that no one, regardless of illness, age, or ability to pay has to die alone or in pain.

CNS Hospice provides a professional team which includes, but is not limited to: Medical Director, Social Worker, R.N./L.P.N, Clergy, Pharmacist, Nursing Aides, Dietician, Physical, Occupational, Music, Massage and Speech Therapies.

In addition to providing hospice services, we offer grief support to anyone experiencing the death of a loved one.
