Switchboard’s ultimate mission is to help Democrats and other progressives win more elections up and down the ballot with better tools and technology, focused especially on fundraising and digital efforts.

We're passionate about building a strong organization to achieve this goal, by:

• Hiring the most talented people in the progressive movement from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
• Creating an environment that allows people to thrive and take ownership, instead of simply following directions.
• Helping people achieve their short-term and long-term personal and professional goals, while not causing burnout.
• Compensating people well, including company-paid health/dental/vision coverage and an equity stake in the company.
