El Barrio Homes is an investment opportunity for experienced investors to achieve market returns while supporting a critical second bottom line –providing desperately needed housing to mission driven workers in East Harlem and other neighborhoods at an affordable price.
We are poised to purchase a series of condominiums and/or townhome housing located in the southern half of East Harlem.
Investors will be required to hold their investment for a minimum of 5 years, after which they have the option of liquidating all, or a portion of their investment, or re-commit to another 5 year hold period.
