Daily Grace Adult Day Health Services, Inc.

We are an Adult Day Care that serves disabled adults age 18 years old and above and seniors for specialized care and respite care. We are able to manage chronic diseases, promote social interaction and therapeutic activity participation, provide skilled physical and occupational therapy, and serve nutritious meals during the day. We provide education, support, and training to family caregivers enabling them to maintain their family member at home, delaying or eliminating the need for nursing home placement.
