Heartland Hospice mission is to provide exceptional care with empathy for our patients and their families so they may live with comfort, dignity and respect.
Sobre Nós
Friendly visitor volunteers needed at patients home or skill nursing facility .
Volunteers should be able to offer support to patients facing a terminal illness and their families, they should feel comfortable visiting them at home.
The friendly visitor volunteer will provide companionship for patients and /or assist with errands or other duties to the patients or caregivers.
At home or at a skill nursing facility they can :
Read , sing ,pray, play music ( instrument ), talk to the patient, bring over therapy pets, play games, do some art work or simply keep them company.
We have patient in different areas.
