Exquisipan is a project to empower women through creating employment in a bread baking social enterprise. The bakery trains and supports women in Huanchaco-Trujillo to bake and sell fortified breads and pastry, manage business operations and ultimately co-run the bakery which will bring nutritious food to the community.
