The heart of Avion Hospice is honoring the lives lived and caring for them as they journey to the end.

Avion Palliative & Hospice Care was founded by nurses and veterans using their experiences and skills to support and improve the community around them. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to our patients and their families. The goal of our volunteer program is to provide patients with the opportunity to participate in fun/stimulating activities and to offer them companionship in their time of need. The goal of Avion Hospice as a whole is to provide outstanding care and comfort to patients and their families.
