Zenful Bites

The mission of Zenful Bites is to create a sustainable, healthy, and just food system in the Washington, DC area by providing conscious food education programming and holistic eco-catering services.

Zen can be transleted to meaning "enlightment" or a way of being that incorporates a total togetherness of body and mind. We chose the name Zenful Bites to emphasize our approach to cooking. As food is an integral part of our whole chain of being, we use exploring, preparing, and enjoying food as the medium to reach our goal of transforming lives one bite at a time.
