Macro Pathways is a macro social work career navigation and field-building organization dedicated to expanding how social workers understand and pursue macro-level practice. We challenge the Micro Pipeline in Social Work™, the systemic overemphasis on clinical careers, by providing education, resources, and community for social workers pursuing careers in policy, organizing, research, leadership, and beyond. Our work supports a more diverse, informed, and empowered social work workforce.
