The Chipapa Empowerment Scheme is a social enterprise that empower the economic undeserved community members with Life Skills and Seed Capital to enable them have access to Financial Saving, Crop Production and Marketing.
Our mission is to produce a graduate who engage into economic development and work as our Agro - production agent.
Our values are that each human being should have a sound financial backup that will enable them to add value to their lives and those around them despite their financial status. We do this through a process called 'Paid for Buying'
