AutonomyWorks is a for-profit social enterprise with a mission to change the way the world views people with autism. We build and manage teams that help companies execute essential business processes with exceptional quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Our teams work across both office-based and on-site environments, supporting clients with business process outsourcing, data and quality-focused work, and operational processes that require precision and attention to detail. Our Associates, all of whom are adults with autism, bring unique strengths to this work while our leadership and support teams provide the structure, training, and systems needed for success.

AutonomyWorks is headquartered in Lisle, Illinois, with teams working from our headquarters and at client locations throughout the Chicagoland area.
