TCG’s mission is to improve the world around us, in big and little ways, every day.

Since TCG was established in 1994, we have delivered IT services and solutions to the Federal Government that have saved taxpayers money, created new efficiencies, and generally improved the great work the government does. As we reflect on that work, it’s clear that, by supporting federal agencies, we also contribute to the creation of new businesses, national infrastructure, scientific discoveries, national security, and countless programs that support the well-being of those living in the U.S. and abroad.

But TCG’s role in making the world a better place doesn’t end with our corporate capabilities. Our employees volunteer and offer support to outside organizations in their non-TCG time. Our staff contributes to their respective communities in a myriad of ways, all to improve the well-being of others.

In order to become a Certified B Corp, TCG underwent a rigorous assessment process to measure our performance in governance, workers, customers, community, and the environment. Additionally, we had to document our positive impact on society, and we’ll need to recertify every three years to maintain the certification. In some areas, we had to add or change our policies and formalize existing activities. As TCG President Daniel Turner explains,

“As we worked on this project, we found a lot of things to make us proud. We also found things we need to do better. We’re inspired to be better and do better now that we know better! The B Corp focus gives us a set of goals toward being an even better corporation for our employees, our community, and the world.”

TCGers deliver exceptional projects to our customers so we can help the most influential government in the world achieve missions of national and international importance. We participate in charity sprees and other activities that support our annual theme. This year we are focused on beautifying national, state, and local parks.
