Solace Hospice Care was founded on the idea that all patients and their families have the right to be educated and involved in the decisions that determine how their end-of-life journeys look. Our goal is to empower our patients and their families as we walk beside them. We are focused on the people in our community and are committed to the idea that no one should have to die alone. We believe that by providing our patients and families with the tools they need, they can courageously and peacefully walk the end-of-life journey. Many patients and their caregivers will tell you that they wished they would have started hospice sooner. In knowing that, we are dedicated to our mission of education and outreach within our communities. The definition of “solace” emphasizes consolation and comfort.
