Crescent Hospice has been providing compassionate and high quality hospice care for years. Crescent Hospice was founded in response to personal healthcare experiences and the perceived need in South Carolina for a better hospice option for patients and their families. We are trusted healthcare professionals that will care for someone that is important to you. No request to small and no health need is too large for our specialized staff to address. It is our family's wish to care for our community with same compassion and dignity we would provide to our own families.
