Missão
Heartland Hospice Services provide high quality end-of-life care offering a holistic approach that supports physical, emotional,spiritual and social needs of our patients, their families and caregivers. Our dedicated team of professionals care for patients in their homes, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living or Independent Living facilities--wherever they call home. Volunteers are offered excellent training Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Rosann Kureczko if you are interested in giving a gift to our patients and their caregivers as well as yourself. we are also looking for certified Pet Therapy handlers and their pets as well as musical volunteers to visit our patients!
Sobre Nós
Volunteers are the heart of our Hospice Team who provide the extra love and care which our patients and their families need during those difficult times. Patient volunteers provide emotional support by offering "friendly visitor services" to patients, their families and caregivers. Volunteers will read, play cards, listen to music, provide hand message to a patient or give relief to the caregiver.
Administrative volunteers provide clerical support in our office setting by answering telephones, preparing admission packets and filing patient documentation.
