Fig Tree Counseling is a community of compassionate, empathetic and culturally-aware professionals working to enhance the mental health of queer folks, people of color, immigrants from all over the world.
It means a lot to us that providers at Fig Tree align with our mission of helping marginalized groups, committing to social justice and anti-racism and making the world a better place.
We work with these to provide expert mental health assessments for individuals seeking asylum as victims of domestic violence, sex-trafficking, human-trafficking, as well as children who have crossed borders with no adult guardian, and families at risk of being separated due to immigration status
We frequently travel to Singapore and China to offer community-accessible mental health training, as well as specific LGBTQ+ affirming therapy training.
