The mission of Custom Hospice is to provide physical , emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, as well as their families and loved ones, while assisting patients and families to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with end of life issues.

Our priority at Custom Hospice is to maintain patient quality of life while also providing support for family members coping with end of life issues.
Custom Hospice is a for-profit organization that is requiredby Federal regulations to provide volunteers for the day-to-day care of hospice patients and their families. Custom Hospice uses VolunteerMatch as one method of recruiting volunteers to fulfill this requirement.
