    Placita Hospice was founded in 2024 to provide compassionate, dignified end-of-life care to patients and families in Pima County. We offer personalized support wherever patients call home-private residences, assisted living, or nursing homes.

    Our team includes nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors, physicians, and volunteers, all dedicated to enhancing comfort and quality of life.

    Our Goals:

    • Compassionate Care: Respect each patient’s journey

    • Family Support: Provide education, resources, and grief care

    • Community Engagement: Promote awareness and outreach

    • Volunteer Empowerment: Create meaningful opportunities to serve
