Our mission is to provide holistic care for the patient AND his or her family. We provide specialized care for the terminally ill. This specialized care includes symptom and pain control as well as social, emotional, and spiritual support for patients and their families during the last chapter of life.

Liberty is an organization which provides hospice services for terminally ill patients. We provide physical, social, emotional, and spiritual support. These services are provided by a interdisciplinary team which can include doctors, nurses, nursing aides, physical therapists, social workers, and volunteers. Cicely Saunders established the first modern day hospice in London, England in 1967. Volunteers are an integral part of hospice care and accomplishing our mission of providing holistic care.
