Heartlite Hospice Care

The mission of Heartlite Hospice Care is to provide dignified end-of-life care and quality services that allow our patients and their families/significant others to live life richly, deeply and meaningfully, for as long as it may last, and to die with dignity in the setting of their choice.

Hospice affirms life. Hospice recognizes dying as a normal process. Hospice neither hastens nor postpones death. Hospice exists in the hope and belief that through appropriate care and the promotion of a caring community sensitive to their needs, patients and families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to them.
