West Shore Health Center

Together we will create individual and group spaces for resident to engage physically, spiritually, mentally, socially, and creatively through purposeful recreational activities. Our goal is to enrich their lives and provide the optimum quality of life by recognizing the diversity of each persons need. Provide services for each individual to achieve and maintain his/her maximum level of dignity and independence.

West Shore Health Center joined the Health Concepts family of caregivers in 1999. A 145-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, West Shore offers licensed subacute and secure Alzheimer’s care as well as long-term care for those in need of assistance with chronic illness or multiple activities of daily living.
