Spanish Oaks Hospice is a locally owned and operated hospice, providing excellence in end of life care through compassion, honoring human dignity and respecting personal choice. Services are provided to patients and their families who have a life-limiting illness and have been giving a diagnosis of six months or less. Spanish Oaks Hospice serves the families of Chatham and the 16 surrounding counties.
