Therapy Today Counseling and Consulting LLC is a group outpatient psychotherapy practice based in East Lansing, Michigan with a second location in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Our passion is creating healthy well-being and safe emotional connections with others. We offer psychotherapy for true change, which addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms of a problem. We seek to serve people who want true change, and we seek to employ therapists who provide that help and are eager to learn.
