Farm & Home Cooperative is a member-owned social enterprise that connects Midwest telecommunications producers and technology service-providers with health care professionals, distance learning educators and remote telework employers through our local relationships, common membership, referrals and agency agreements. We promote a high quality selection of telehealth, distance education and telework products and services.
Our focus is to improve rural quality of life especially in disadvantaged and underserved areas by connecting healthcare providers, etc. with telecommunications companies so they can collaborate to fully deploy these teleservices as needed:
1.In-home health care for aging, disabled and veterans,
2.Distance education for home-bound students, and
3.Remote work-at-home jobs
