Passages Hospice is deeply honored to provide exceptional end-of-life care for our friends, our neighbors and their loved ones throughout Louisiana. This is a uniquely personal time in your life and our goal is to honor your wishes while offering the highest standard in comfort care. Our hospice team works with you, your family, and your physician to develop a customized care-plan that can change along with your unique needs.

Passages Hospice provides care, comfort and support for people with serious or life-limiting illnesses. We focus on improving quality of life and dignity for patients and their families. Our volunteer organization is a group dedicated to providing compassionate companionship and emotional support to our patients and their families. Our volunteers may also contribute to administrative tasks and community outreach efforts.
