BH Counseling & Wellness, LLC

BH Counseling & Wellness, LLC provides a space for safety for all persons seeking services within the practice. This can look like counseling and therapy services, coaching, facilitation and consulting in wellness, Peer support services for children in the community, therapeutic and non-therapeutic groups both in office and in the community, skill-building, case management, Expressive Arts Therapy, alternative wellness treatments such as body movement, reiki, grounding and mindful meditations and integrative nutrition for mental health and trauma. We service populations from ages 4+ within the Greater Lowell area in person and throughout Massachusetts. We offer telehealth video, in person at an office and at times- on a farm and in nature.  Our aim is to meet the clients where they are at to help them achieve the goals that may have in their own healing journey.
