People First Industries Incorporated is a multidisciplinary services software company for addressing the needs of people, with a focus on underrepresented software engineers. PFI services include providing software development consultation services to local individuals and local companies, build of high-end scalable software solutions, front-end software engineer career and workforce readiness development, and charitable distribution of software development grade laptops for underrepresented software engineering students.. Problem: BIPOC still makes up less than 10% of software engineers despite being 56% of the US Population. Our Solution: Train LGBTQ+ BIPOC in the local community of Omaha to be mobile software engineers, get them interview ready, and provide professional grade laptops, financial advice, and case management services to ensure co-designed success.
